1. Information Provided by the Customer
1.1. When registering on the website alpinabook.ru (hereinafter referred to as the "Website"), the Customer provides the following information: last name, first name, and email address. When placing an order, the Customer must also provide: last name, first name, patronymic, recipient’s phone number, and delivery address.
1.2. By submitting personal data, the Customer agrees to the processing of this data by LLC "Alpina Digital" (hereinafter referred to as the "Seller") until the Customer withdraws their consent. The data will be processed for the following purposes: fulfillment of the Seller’s obligations to the Customer, promotion of goods, works and services by the Seller and/or its partners, providing services, offering information, and sending service and promotional messages. The Seller processes personal data in accordance with the Federal Law "On Personal Data", the Federal Law "On Advertising", and local regulatory documents.
1.2.1. If the Customer believes that their personal data is incomplete, outdated, inaccurate, unlawfully obtained or no longer required for the purposes of processing, or wishes to revoke their consent to the processing of personal data, or to eliminate any unlawful actions by the Seller in relation to their personal data, the Customer must send an official request to the Seller in the manner prescribed by LLC "Alpina Digital"'s Personal Data Processing Policy. To delete an account on the Website, the Customer should send an email to shop@alpinabook.ru. Deleting the account does not constitute a withdrawal of consent to personal data processing; the withdrawal of consent is carried out as outlined in the first paragraph of this clause and in accordance with applicable legislation.
1.3. Use of information provided by the Customer and received by the Seller.
1.3.1. During the time the Customer is registered on the Website, the Seller uses the provided data for:
- registration/authorization of the Client on the Site;
- processing of the Client's Orders;
- fulfillment of its obligations to the Client;
- carrying out activities to promote goods and services;
- evaluation and analysis of the Site's operation;
- determining the winner in promotions held by the Seller;
- analysis of the Client's purchasing characteristics and provision of personal recommendations;
- participation of the Client in the loyalty program;
- informing the Client about promotions, discounts and special offers via electronic and SMS mailings.
1.3.2. The Seller is entitled to send promotional messages to the Customer. If the Customer does not wish to receive promotional messages, they should update their subscription settings in the Personal Account. Messages may continue to be sent within 3 days after the update due to system processing times and contractual obligations with third-party messaging services. The Customer cannot opt out of service messages. These include updates about order status, items in the cart or "Favorites", and the status of the Website's programs. Service messages may be sent via email, SMS, or push notifications.
2. Disclosure and Transfer of Information Received by the Seller
2.1. The Seller undertakes not to disclose information received from the Customer to third parties. Disclosure to agents and third parties acting under agreements with the Seller to fulfill obligations to the Customer is not considered a violation. Likewise, anonymized statistical data analysis and transfer of such data to third parties for site performance evaluation, customer behavior analysis, and personalized recommendations are not considered violations.
2.2. The transfer of data to authorized state authorities in accordance with valid legal requirements of the Russian Federation shall not be deemed a breach of this Policy.
2.3. The Seller may use the Customer’s personal information to maintain communication (including messages regarding use of the Website), process orders, analyze Website usage, send personalized advertising offers, deliver marketing updates and newsletters, and for other lawful purposes.
2.4. The Seller receives information about the IP address of the visitor to www.alpinabook.ru and the website the visitor came from. This information is not used to identify the visitor personally.
2.5. The Seller is not responsible for any information provided by the Customer on the Website in a publicly accessible manner.
2.6. When processing personal data, the Seller takes the necessary and sufficient organizational and technical measures to protect personal data from unauthorized access and other unlawful actions.
3. Storage and Use of Information by the Customer
3.1. The Customer agrees not to share their login and password used for identification in the Alpina Digital online store with third parties.
3.2. The Customer agrees to exercise due care in storing and using their login and password (including but not limited to: using licensed antivirus software, creating complex alphanumeric passwords, not allowing third parties access to devices where the login and password are saved, etc.).
3.3. If the Seller suspects that a third party or malicious software is using the Customer’s account, the Seller has the right to unilaterally change the Customer's password.
